Assistance with Daily Living & Core Support

People with disabilities are assistance by Aastha Community Services to accomplish the personal tasks of daily life and help them lead a fuller independent life. Support workers assist the participants in their homes and in the wider environment based on the needs and allocated funding of the participants. Assistance with daily personal activities and household tasks help the participants to maintain their home environment as they desire as well as improve their own skills with adequate support. Aastha ensures that the choice of the participants is the crux of determining the level of support and the types of services offered. In addition to initial planning meeting, regular review meetings are held to obtain feedback from the participants and make alteration when required.
